Our Perfumes

Unfortunatelly we do not provide free samples on request, but you can purchase samples here

An inspired-by perfume makes use of the same or similar ingredients and notes to create an almost identical scent that is inspired by well known designer fragrance. “Inspired by” simply refers to the scent is similar to without claiming to be the original. It's a creative interpretation, not an imitation. It's NOT a replica or copy, this is not to be confused. 

All of our fragrances are created using only premium quality ingredients and all our perfumes are at PARFUM strength, which means they are strong, long lasting and often last longer than high street brands. 

As our fragrances have a higher oil content to make them last longer, we do recommend that you take care when applying on your clothes and of course you do so at your own risk.

You should keep your perfumes out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.

Returns

If you receive your item in a damaged condition, we will provide a full refund or replacement provided the additional guidelines are met. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date however if you are unable to return the item due to its damaged condition then photographic evidence of the damage will be required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds following a review of the damage.

 

On receipt of the returned item, we will confirm via email whether the return has been accepted or refused. If your return has been accepted, we will immediately issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that some banks take longer than others to process transactions.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase or have accidentally placed an order you have 14 days to return it for a full refund or replacement provided it meets the guidelines within this policy. Please contact us at info@scenttalks.co.uk with the details and we will provide you with a prepaid returns label.

Guidelines

  • The items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be sent via a delivery service. We do not accept returns at our premises.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on excessive returns and exchanges.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse refunds on used products.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. 

All our orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day however in some cases orders will be sent the following working day at the latest. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. This excludes bank holidays. 

Due to the nature of our product and current postal restrictions your order may have to be split into two or more parcels. 

Your order should arrive within 1 – 3 working days, although we ask that you allow 7 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.

If your delivery details were entered incorrectly or you failed to receive/collect the parcel and the item were returned to us, we will have to charge extra delivery cost to resend your package.
