Delivery & Returns

Shipping policy

We ship all our orders using the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day however in some cases orders will be sent the following working day at the latest.

Due to the nature of our product and current postal restrictions your order may have to be split into two or more parcels. 

Your order should arrive within 1 – 3 working days, although we ask that you allow 7 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.

Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. This excludes bank holidays. 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

 

Failed delivery

If your delivery details were entered incorrectly or you failed to receive/collect the parcel and the item were returned to us, we will have to charge extra delivery cost to resend your package.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase or have accidentally placed an order you have 14 days to return it for a full refund or replacement provided it meets the guidelines within this policy. Please contact us at info@scenttalks.co.uk with the details and we will provide you with a prepaid returns label.

 

Guidelines

  • The items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be sent via a delivery service. We do not accept returns at our premises.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on excessive returns and exchanges.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse refunds on used products.

 

What if my item has arrived damaged?

If you receive your item in a damaged condition, we will provide a full refund or replacement provided the additional guidelines are met.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date however if you are unable to return the item due to its damaged condition then photographic evidence of the damage will be required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds following a review of the damage.

 

When do I receive my refund?

On receipt of the returned item, we will confirm via email whether the return has been accepted or refused. If your return has been accepted, we will immediately issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that some banks take longer than others to process transactions.

 

I haven’t received my refund?

Refunds can take longer during busy periods. Please reach out to us at info@scenttalks.co.uk and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
